• Replacement of whole unit in case the covered product cannot be repaired
• Accidental Damage from Handling / Accidental Damage Protection in selected plans

To keep the costs low, we do not cover problems related to software, virus, accessories like batteries, adapters, toners, ink cartridges, body covers etc. (please refer to details for specific product plans)
