What we deliver.
Survey, planning and logistics
Site surveys check wall type, power, network, mounting height and room layout before the panel ships. We plan deliveries to city hubs, stage panels and mounts, and fix the installation calendar with the school or customer.
Installation and commissioning
Engineers mount and level the panel, run and conceal cabling, connect to the network, set up the operating system, install the education or collaboration software, configure input sources and test touch, audio and Wi-Fi. They then walk the teacher or user through the basics.
Classroom and AV integration
For classrooms, auditoriums and boardrooms, we install and commission displays with microphones, speakers, document cameras, conferencing endpoints and control systems. We test the system as a whole, not part by part.
Warranty, repair and AMC
Every issue becomes a ticket with a clear owner and SLA. Our engineers or an authorised service centre attend, parts come from a managed spares pool, and you see response times on a dashboard. We can also offer annual maintenance and preventive visits.
Extended warranty, ADP and OTSR on IFPD
Extend warranty, add accidental damage protection or a one-time screen replacement plan on every panel sold. We run these plans and manage claims through the same network, so a damaged display is a service event, not a dispute.

Our Field Engineer App gives each installer a day plan, navigation to the site, a checklist for the job and a guided close-out that captures the serial number, photographs and customer signature.
The office and the client see the same record: which sites are done, which are blocked and why. If a panel fails after handover, the engineer arrives knowing the history.
